Terse Behavior

Hey there folks.  Not sure how many of you all are still watching us after that unfortunate break we had to take, but we’re back and working more diligently.  I’ll be working on character design for the most part and Tenouraku has been getting a lot of story progression done.  Look forward to my hopefully steady flow of sketches.

Arcane

Due to some developments with school, my updates have been far and few between.  So sorry about this.  I’m trying to work out all the kinks in my schedule asap, but it’s proving to be difficult to make appointments quickly.  Rest assured I am still working on the project and will continue updating when I can.

Sorry again, and I hope you all understand.

Holy crap these pictures aren’t very good.  I forgot to put my pencil back into my bag, so my class sketches were done in pen.

Ahem, so yes, that’s what the other two look like in the uniform.  Sort of.

Not to make excuses, but midterms have been eating my week up, so sorry if the drawings aren’t up to par.

So if things go well, I plan to put three concepts at least every other day.

First picture isn’t all that nice, but it exhibits her longer dress.

Second pic is her dual wielding.  She’s wearing her school uniform with the blazer.

Third picture is just some simple clothing.  She’s using her powers there.  Take a wild guess at what that is.

Just some character sketches.

First one is Kei in winter wear.  I love fuzzy balls.

Second two are of Chitori.  They’ll most likely be trashed or altered significantly.  Have yet to give her her own outfit outside of the school uniform.

So I finally got around to setting up the registration.  As of late, I’ve been spending the bulk of my project time on getting the site fully functional and drawing out the pilot chapter.  So for those of you who are interested enough to leave comments this early on, go ahead and register and start commenting!

Don’t be shy, if you have questions, comment wherever you think would be appropriate.  I’m still learning the ins and outs of how to make this site work all squeaky clean-like and it helps when people do thing.  Sorta like beta testing.

So in regards to keeping this site moving, and not letting it die like I did last year, I’m going to try and do my best to update as much as possible. Even if it means talking about the random ramblings of my life and/or a little about myself. (more…)

I really shouldn’t do this in class, but I’m super excited to let the world know that I’ve finally finished writing the first draft of the first chapter for our first project (that’s a lot of firsts): Tsuriai no Kenkon. I already am in the process of editing the first draft, and Arcane is in the process of paneling and drawing the first chapter, so be sure to check in often for our first chapter!

Just trying to get into the groove of updating consistently though doing so at 4am in the morning isn’t actually a good way to create a habit. Anyway just a little update for the character bios for Tsuriai no Kenkon and on my own bio if anyway wishes to read.
